TRIAD FOUNDATION
Triad Foundation will host the 7th Annual Charity Golf Tournament on Friday, 13th September 2019 at Muthaiga Golf Club from 10:00a.m.
This year’s golf tournament will go towards raising funds to help construct a Youth Center in partnership with Beacon of Hope. The Youth Centre will be located at the Westlands Health Centre and will cater for at-risk youths from Deep-Sea and Kangemi Slums.
Triad Architects has designed a youth resource center that will have facilities for education, recreation, safe space, mentorship, skills and talent development. The center is designed using shipping containers stacked together to provide the required spaces. The interiors consist of wooden floorboards and gypsum partitions.
Triad Foundation has organized a golf tournament to help raise funds that will go into actualizing this project. Golfers are welcome to participate in the tournament either as individuals or team entries. Non-golfers can participate and become part of this cause by making donations in kind or cash contribution. Donations in kind include shipping containers (20 feet), IT5 Roofing sheets, mild steel roof structure, gypsum partitions, paints, cement bags, timber floorboards, furniture, doors and windows as specified by the architects. This will go to completing the project.

Other ways in which non-golfers can participate is by booking space provided for exhibition of their products as a company during the tournament. This will provide exposure of their products to a large audience that anticipated will take part in the tournament.
The tournament will end with a dinner on the same evening during which prices will be presented to the winners of the golf competition.
