Arboretum Square is the largest mixed use development in Nairobi and is intended to be a centre point for business in the region.
The development will consist of a 170 key hotel and conference centre, two residential towers with a varied mix of 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom and one bedroom apartments, an office tower, a 30,000sq.m shopping mall approximately 2000 car parking spaces.
All these development components are fully intergraded and reserved, office, tents and hotel guests expected to have access to the complementing facilities.
Triad Architects were appointed by the client as the project Architects and Urban Designers after a design competition in mid-2014. Construction is expected to commence mid 2015.
