This award-winning iconic landmark stands majestically in Upperhill, Nairobi with its prismatic shape that host a 63 meters spire at the top that defines the Nairobi skyline.

It was designed through a collaborative effort between GAPP Architects of South Africa and TRIAD Architects, as an investment of British American Insurance Company and is celebrated for its fascinating façade and functional design.

The building has won the following international awards, Emporis Skyscraper Award (2018) placing it as the best Skyscraper in Africa and at tenth position in the world.

Designed to give you a sense of highness, the tower is located off Hospital Road in Upper Hill Nairobi and roughly carries a total of 31,500 square metres of lettable space in its 32 floors. In addition, there is an adjacent car parking silo with 1000 slots and a data centre at the topmost floor. It combines unique architectural and engineering features which add to its spectacular character.

Completed in 2018, Britam tower offers a variety of shapes and sizes to its floors with picturesque sceneries of the city below. It is built to exceptionally relate with its environment by respecting the science of sustainability and energy efficiency. Britam tower has innovative engineering and well-considered geometry that puts it at the world’s spheres of marvelously crafted skyscrapers.
