Crossroads, a comprehensive estate development, carried out in 1980’s was developed by Triad Architects working for the main developer, Applecross Trust.
25 homes were built on flat and sloping red soil plots, and a variety of plans were developed to suit the terrain.
The houses were constructed for the sale market, and roads and infrastructure were developed for adopting by Nairobi City Council.
