An investment project of the Social Security Fund of Rwanda, Insurance Plaza is an iconic 18 level, 27,000 square meter commercial building located at the heart of Kigali’s expanding Central Business District.
Comprising of a 3-level modern shopping arcade, 14-storey offi ce fl oors with a top-level restaurant commanding spectacular views of Kigali, a service basement, and a separate adjacent 4-level 170-car parking silo serving the main building.
TRIAD was commissioned in July 2007 as construction supervisors for this project that is scheduled for completion in September, 2010.
