Kenya Mortgage Refinance Company leased space at UAP OLD Mutual Tower 27thfloor an area of approximately 707 sq. Triad Architects were involved in the interior fit-out of KMRC offices. The works included the design and execution of executive wing offices that had the C.E.O, chairperson, and boardroom.
Open-plan spaces, server room, mother’s room, breakout area, store, and meeting rooms. Gypsum and glazed partitions were used for the walls while ceilings had gypsum bulkheads, acoustic ceilings panels, and timbers slats. Floor finishes were mainly carpet tiles, vinyl flooring for open plan spaces, and porcelain wood look tiles for high traffic areas. Several services were incorporated in the design such as air conditioning, access control, lighting with presence sensors, fire detection, alarm, and fire suppression system.
This project was completed in 13 weeks period i.e. from 17th March 2020 to 16th June 2020.
