Kenya Utalii College commissioned Triad Architects to carry out the refurbishment of the 57 No hotel rooms and corridors as well as waterproofing the flat roof of the hotel.
The project involved upgrading the room standard finishes to 5-star quality. In order to upgrade the rooms, we incorporated balconies to create slightly larger rooms.
The bathrooms received new fittings and fixtures as well as new tiling to the walls and floor. This is a fast tracked refurbishment that took 6 months to complete.
