KPA Pension Scheme invited tenders seeking consortiums to team up with in order to develop and sell houses on their 11acre property in South C, Nairobi.
Triad Architects in a consortium with other firms, successfully tendered for the project and entered into an agreement with KPA Pension Scheme to develop the KSh.600 million housing estate. In the venture, the pension scheme contributed land as its equity, while the Triad/Pinnacle consortium were responsible for designing, construction, financing and subsequently selling the houses.
The scheme consists of 135 units with a built up area of 157 square metres each, on a 9 X 26m plot. The villas are designed for families with proximity to school, shopping center, community facilities and the town centre being an added advantage.
The accommodation includes 4 bedrooms (master ensuite) lounge, dining and kitchen. Each house has a spacious garden and parking for two cars. Separate staff quarters
