The Lea Brothers & Blakeman development is set on a 25 acres site in Loresho, Nairobi. The site is approximately 10 Kilometers from the Nairobi City Centre and 5 Kilometers from the Westlands Business District.
The project consists of development of an urban office park a medium size commercial shopping centre, a budget hotel and a residential apartments complex.
TRIAD Architects worked in conjuction with GAPP Architects & Urban Planners of South Africa in the initial conceptual stage of the development.
