Corner House is located in the heart of Nairobi’s city and lies between the junction of Mama Ngina Street and Kimathi Street.
The development consists of three levels of basement parking, four podium floors fifteen office floors, a penthouse and a caretaker’s flat on the roof.
The building uses a combination of reflective glass screen and louvres to cut out sun penetration and therefore a cool and pleasant workspace inside. The building is served by four high-speed lifts, two of which start from the basement.
