The development consists of a factory building in a six stories building, 2 stories office block and two sets of 3 No. big and small Silos.
The factory is located in Limuru town. It is a unique cereals processing factory with three manufucturing lines including cleaning of grains. The production capacity is about 7 tons per hour. Its is the first of its kind in the region.
The total project cost for the building work is Kshs.466Million and equipment have been imported and installed by BUHLER LTD.
The approval has been received from the County Government and NEMA licence is in place to enable construction.
Expected completion date is April, 2016.
