Triad Architects were commissioned by Safaricom Ltd. to carry out the roll out of the refurbishment of their retail and care centers in February, 2007.

In April, 2011, the new look customer experience center was born and Triad Architects were at the fore front of the designs. The shop design is based on the customer’s journey in experiencing secured live gadgets on display from the point of entry to the final service required.

The design employs real time and live experience of the products on display, where sales and customer service team engages customers on walk-in sales queries, technical support and also focuses on branding and one-on-one contact with the customers.

Triad Architects worked closely with the client and other consultant’s for the successful completion of the retail centre and officially opened up to the public by Safaricom C.E.O.
