Teachers Service Commission Headquarters building is an ultra-modern complex located in the Upper Hill area of Nairobi bordered by Kilimanjaro Road to the north and Mara Road to the west.
The 20,000 sq metre building consists of a 3-storey podium which houses the public hall, meeting room and offices and a 7-storey tower which houses the offices, linked together by a single basement and open terraces. The office building has full back-up services in the form of generator and borehole water and is ready for internet connectivity.
The scope of works also included internal partitioning and furniture fit-out.
