BRITAM TOWER
Britam Tower, the tallest square antiprismatic building in Nairobi, Kenya was officially launched on 20th July, 2018 when its doors opened to tenancy. In the inaugural ceremony attended by the tower’s construction stakeholders and other invited guests, Britam Investments Group proudly announced that they had just completed the tallest building in East Africa.

The tower stands tall among its neighboring buildings. Located along Hospital Road in Upper Hill Nairobi it carries 350,000 square feet of lettable space. In addition, there is an adjacent 1000 cars parking silo. It combines unique architectural and engineering features which add to its spectacular character.
All the 32 floors are different in shape and sizes and offer fascinating views of the city. On the top floor, you can have the rare opportunity of viewing Mt. Kenya from Nairobi city.
The facades are enhanced by high-performance, glass with extreme engineering details.

LAUNCH
Britam Holdings group Managing Director Dr. Benson Wairegi graced the event and announced the employment of technology in making the tower user friendly. “It has high performance lifts that will take you to the top floor in less than 39 seconds.”
The building is now ready to give you a lifetime office experience in the calm and fast developing part of Nairobi.
