Triad Architects has been in practice for the last 50 years in Kenya and the region. In year 2000 we felt that is was important that we streamline our operations and activities to further improve the quality of our services. ISO 9001 was the tool we identified that could help us meet this objective.
We are pleased to note that we have been certified since June 2000 and today marks another milestone in our service delivery to be amongst the first firm in Kenya to be certified under the new standard of ISO9001-2015. This standard is in line with our strategy and operations in the new dispensation of managing our risks and having a clear corporate governance structure
Under our strategy plan we have clear objectives in five key areas, namely:
- Improved Product Quality
- Enhanced Business Creativity and Innovation
- Enhanced Triad Brand and Public Image
- Established Market Niche, Focused Marketing Strategy and Diversification
- Enhanced Financial Management
- Enhanced use of Information Technology
- Enhanced Human Resource Capacity and Management.
We have developed our Triad Quality Management System (TRIAD QMS) in line with these strategies that meet the ISO9001-2015 standards.
We have embraced the quality management principles of customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, system approach to management, continual improvement, factual approach to decision making and mutually beneficial supplier relationship. We believe this will be a sustainable approach that ensure quality services in a sustainable way.
Our new QMS recorgnises key processes which have been documented and clearly define the scope, authority, responsibility and communication. They define specific opportunities, risks and mitigation measures. These are Business Development, Finance, Human Resources, Leadership & Strategy and Operations.
Triad believes that with over 50 years of local and international experience, well trained staff and use of current computer software we have the capacity to undertake a wide variety of projects types and values at an internationally acceptable service standard.
