Triad, working for a private developer, designed and managed the production of the Design, Build, Operate and Transfer proposal to construct 10,000 square metres of office and conference facilities on a site in Kigali to house the UN agencies based in Rwanda.
Triad’s experience in working in Kigali greatly assisted the team in meeting tight deadlines for production of this bid. Triad worked closely with Howard Humphreys, a Brown and Root affiliate, quantity surveyors YMR Partnership and Kigali-based contractors, Roko Construction, in preparing a fixed bid in response to the UN enquiry.
